1. Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible.

  • Inside Dhaka & Chittagong: 1 – 2 Days
  • Outside Dhaka & Chittagong: 3 – 5 Days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals or unavoidable weather conditions.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka & Chittagong: 70 BDT
  • All Other Districts: 130 BDT
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over 2,000 BDT.

3. Payment & COD (Cash on Delivery)

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. However, for orders outside Dhaka & Chittagong, we require an advance payment of the delivery charge (130 BDT) to confirm your order. The remaining amount for the products can be paid to the delivery man upon receipt.

4. Order TrackingOnce your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive an SMS on your phone with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
