Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
At MENVO, we want you to love what you wear. If the size doesn’t fit or you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Exchange Policy (Wrong Size/Fit)
- If the shirt doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Delivery Charge: For size exchanges, the customer covers the delivery charge. If we send the wrong size or a defective item, the delivery is FREE.
2. Return & Refund
- If you find any defect (torn, stain, wrong product), please claim a return/refund within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- We will replace the product or provide a full refund via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer within 7 working days after receiving your return.
3. Exceptions (Sale Items)
- Discounted Items are not eligible for Exchange or Return. All sales on discounted or clearance products are final.
